Content design for Phil, IBISWorld’s AI chatbot
Phil is a conversational, AI-driven research tool that combines the intelligence of large language models with IBISWorld’s industry research database.
Context
I worked with Product, CX and Marketing to write the interface copy for the tool, drive engagement post-launch through in-app announcements and reminders, and create guides and support content for the help center.
UI copy
I collaborated with the lead UX designer to write all the copy for the tool, including the welcome message, conversational microcopy and error messages.
In-app engagement
I worked with Marketing and CX to create an in-app announcement modal. Following launch, I tracked engagement with the tool and targeted reminders based on user behavior and activity to increase adoption.
Support content
I wrote multiple help center articles based on user feedback and analytics to answer FAQs related to the tool and proactively address user needs.
